With batteries, warranty claims for range must be claimed for in writing. The expected range from your E-Bike reduces every time the bike is used, so if you notice that the bike mileage has been reduced over time, then this would be down to use and not a warranty issue. Typically a battery should perform to 60% of its original range after 2 years, or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first). Wear and tear items such as brake blocks, tyres, chains, cassettes etc are not covered by the warranty (however there are reasonable periods that we will accept claims on such items). 14-Day Returns You have 2 whole weeks to check that your new e-bike is exactly as you expected.
