UK Regulations: At present, it is illegal to operate electric scooters on public roads, including cycle lanes and pavements. However, legislation is being reconsidered in light of the Government’s ongoing encouragement to avoid public transport and pursue eco-friendly travel options. It is the customer’s full responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws when using an e-scooter. The customer accepts all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products.
