Customers have 30 days from delivery of goods to make us aware of any issues. The condition of the product must be undamaged and in original packaging. Once this has been checked and approved we will process the refund. If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect in any way, we will ask our supplier to ship a replacement as soon as possible and we will reimburse you for any costs incurred for return postage of the defective product.
